The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of the Law "On Information" (new version) and the Law "On Access to Public Information"

The bill (Reg. No. 10455) is aimed at bringing several legislative acts of Ukraine into conformance with the laws "On Information" and "On Access to Public Information". In particular, it amends the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Violations, the Criminal Code, the Civil Code, the Code of Administrative Court Procedure and 53 laws of Ukraine.
